
This is a perfect example of a simple home cooked meal packed with protein and plenty of nutrients. On my dinner plate this evening is a fabulous chicken and chick pea concoction with a side of vitamin loaded zucchini, and roughly 200g of cottage cheese awaiting arrival in my stomach! With cottage cheese having 12 grams, chicken having 27 grams and chick peas 19 grams of protein per 100g. It tops any other post workout meal.
